Of the House candidates from New Hampshire with the best chance of supporting liberty in Washington, it is clear to me that former Manchester-mayor Frank Guinta is a vote for positive change, rather than a vote against candidates unfriendly to individual liberty.

The constitution is a regular part of Guinta's lexicon, and he clearly understands the limited government principles that lead to the best opportunities for working families and businesses. I think we will have a friend in Washington if we send Guinta.
